Lupus Films Receives BAFTA Nomination
Award-winning London-based production company Lupus Films, currently celebrating its 20th anniversary year, has received a BAFTA Children’s & Young People Awards 2022 nomination for its animated Christmas special for Channel 4 The Tiger Who Came to Tea.
Based on the classic children’s picture book written and illustrated by revered author Judith Kerr OBE and published by HarperCollins Children’s Books, The Tiger Who Came to Tea was produced by Lupus Films and HarperCollins, directed by Robin Shaw and shown to critical and popular acclaim on Channel 4 on Christmas Eve, 2019. In 2020 it won a prestigious Jury Award at the Annecy International Animated Film Festival and an International Emmy Kids Award.
The BAFTA Children’s & Young People Awards ceremony will be held on 27th November 2022 in London.
