
Nerd agency and Brandly agency in Merger

Ukrainian licensing agency Nerd and integrated marketing solutions provider Brandly, both part of FILM.UA Group, have officially merged to create a new kind of agency for the local and regional market.
This strategic merger aims to form a one-of-a-kind service platform, combining brand licensing, product placement, promotional integration, and storytelling-driven advertising — all within the cinematic universes created by FILM.UA and beyond.
Operating under the Nerd agency brand, the united team will be led by Tetiana Ruban, Ph.D. in world economy and the only Ukrainian recognized with the Rising Star award from Licensing International.

Nerd agency represents for licensing globally recognized brands like The Little Prince, Robocar POLI, Tara Duncan, Gorjuss, and Brave Bunnies, Ukrainian flagship brand Mavka, and develops licensing programs for Ukrainian movies. From now, clients can as well integrate their products, brands or even people into films. Key titles in production are live-action movies Mavka. The True Myth, Train to Christmas, Red Ruta Train, the animated comedy Family Squad, and Border Guards 2 TV series.
The merger will give clients a single-entry point to manage brand presence across content, partnerships, licensing, and promotion — within Ukraine and beyond.
