Spain’s public service broadcaster RTVE has picked up the rights to the hit series for its kids channel Clan on the back of the success of Harriet Muncaster’s book series in the territory with over 2 million books sold by Penguin Random House.

Madgic has also signed recent sales in Eastern Europe with Canal + Polska, Ceska Televize and LRT Lithuania as well as  deals with TVO in Canada and ABC Australia. Isadora Moon is now available globally, including: SVT (Sweden), NRK (Norway), Knowledge Kids (Canada), YLE (Finland) and Noga Communications (Israel). The 48 x 11’ and 2 x 22’ series is produced by UK independent production company Kelebek Media for Warner Bros. Discovery (US) & Sky Kids (UK), with the participation of Kidsme (Italy).

With over six million copies of Isadora Moon books sold worldwide in 36 different languages, the character has a huge following among children globally. Madgic Distribution holds worldwide distribution rights for the series, excluding the US and UK and Italy.

Isadora is half fairy, half vampire and 100% unique!  She has incredible fairy and vampire skills that she’s learning to hone – leading to all sorts of astonishing adventures in the human world as well as with her magical family and friends.

Lionel Marty, Managing Director of Madgic Distribution says: “Isadora Moon continues to delight children around the world and we are excited to expand her reach to audiences in Spain where the character is already much-loved from the best-selling books.”
