Panini and Twinle Teal Entertainment in Partnership

Twinkle Teal Entertainment (formerly Tween Team Agency inc.) has announced a strategic partnership with Panini France and Panini Germany to expand the reach of Nebulous Stars’ magazine and books across several key European markets. Panini France will oversee the publication of the Nebulous Stars magazine in France and other French-speaking territories (except Canada), while Panini Germany will bring both the magazine and the books to Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

This multi-year agreement marks a major milestone for Nebulous Stars, a brand that has captivated children worldwide with its creative and mindfulness-focused content.

Encouraging self-esteem and personal development, Nebulous Stars products and stories deliver positive messages on friendship, emotions, body and mind awareness.

The Nebulous Stars books and magazine were first launched in Canada in 2020. Since then, the book series has become a best-seller, having already sold more than 200,000 copies, and attracting the interest of major international publishers such as Hachette France, Anaya in Spain and Pon Pon in Italy. Now, Panini joins as Twinkle Teal’s eleventh publishing partner, reinforcing the brand’s presence across Europe.

Since its launch eight years ago, Nebulous Stars has sold millions of units worldwide, captivating children aged 6 to 10 years old with its wide range of lifestyle products—including sketchbooks, stationery, collectibles, creative DIY sets, cosmetics, and more—as well as its breathtaking illustrations and unique value proposition. Available in more than 90 countries, the brand has established a strong international presence and continues to expand into new markets, further strengthening its visibility and reach.

The magazine began its bimonthly publication in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in March. In France, it will be released quarterly, beginning in June.

The magazine offers a unique mix of creativity, mindfulness, and entertainment. Across its 40 pages, readers will find simple creative projects, engaging stories, emotion-management advice, games, coloring activities, relaxation exercises, and more. Each issue includes a covermount, coloring pages, and a giant poster.

The Panini Germany team will also be publishing several books this year, including a friendship album this month, a storybook, and novels.

Geneviève Lecompte, President of Twinkle Teal Entertainment inc. said: “We are thrilled to partner with Panini in Europe. Panini’s reputation as a leading publisher with iconic collections aligns perfectly with our goal of providing creative and empowering content to young readers. Together, we look forward to creating engaging and inspiring books and magazines that resonate with our audience.”

Jean-François Schmitt, Publishing Division Director at Panini France said: “We are really excited about bringing back the Nebulous Stars magazine to the French market. This magazine will be an ideal opportunity for Panini France to give fans an extension of their experience with the infinite world of beauty and imagination of the Property.”

Gabriele El Hag, Senior Publishing Director at Panini Germany said: “The Nebulous Stars magazine is a great enrichment to our programme and fits wonderfully into the colourful world of Panini magazines. We look forward to a great and successful partnership.”

With this new chapter in Nebulous Stars’ publishing journey, Panini and Twinkle Teal Entertainment aim to bring the magic of creativity and self-discovery to even more children around the world.
