Nautica debuts new residences in Cancun

Authentic Brands report that Nautica has officially debuted its first-ever branded residential project with the launch of Nautica Residences Cancún, a partnership with Mexican developer Naúma. Located in the rapidly growing Parque district near Cancun’s Hotel Zone, the development features two 20-story towers with nearly 400 units, combining yacht-inspired design, smart-home features and more than 50 hotel-style amenities including rooftop pools, a spa, coworking spaces and a private beach club on Isla Blanca.

To mark the occasion, Nautica and Naúma hosted a high-profile launch event at the Nizuc Hotel, where upwards of 150 investors, media and officials gathered for an immersive preview. The evening featured a presentation of the project’s architecture and finishes, with guests exploring model units and previewing the development’s offerings.
