Nacelle reveals Star Trek action figure line

Nacelle, the company behind the new officially licensed 1/12 scale Star Trek™ action figures, revealed a first look at the renders and prototype for Romulan Commander, Geordi La Forge (Generations Sailor Edition), Worf (Generations Sailor Edition) and Valeris from wave two of the line. The news comes on the heels of a successful San Diego Comic-Con, that saw full lineup reveals for wave three and four, as well as prototype reveals of Kathryn Janeway (“Year of Hell” Edition), Nog (“Favor the Bold” Edition) from wave two, as well as Nyota Uhura from wave three.
“Fresh off the most exciting SDCC of my life, we’re bringing even more surprises to Star Trek fans at STLV,” said Nacelle CEO, Brian Volk-Weiss.
Worf, played by Michael Dorn, is a proud Klingon warrior, Starfleet officer and one of the most iconic characters in Star Trek. Known for his fierce loyalty, sense of honor, and inner struggle between his Klingon heritage and Starfleet duties, Worf served aboard both the Enterprise-D and Deep Space Nine. Worf’s complex personality and unwavering principles have earned him a place as a fan favorite throughout the Star Trek saga.
Geordi La Forge, played by LeVar Burton, is a Starfleet engineer aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise-D and Enterprise-E in Star Trek: The Next Generation. Geordi is blind from birth but uses a VISOR to see across the electromagnetic spectrum. Geordi is known for his technical brilliance, problem-solving skills, and dedication to his crew. His calm demeanor and vast knowledge make him one of Starfleet’s most reliable officers.
Valeris is a Vulcan Starfleet officer featured in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, played by Kim Cattrall. She serves as the helmsman of the U.S.S. Enterprise-A and is a promising apprentice of Captain Spock. Embodying classic Vulcan traits, Valeris is highly intelligent and committed to logic. However, she becomes involved in a secret conspiracy to sabotage peace talks between the Federation and the Klingon Empire, in a plot that ultimately results in her arrest.
Romulan Commander, originally played by the late Mark Lenard, is the main antagonist of the Star Trek episode “Balance of Terror”. A seasoned Romulan officer and veteran of past conflicts, the unnamed Commander had grown disillusioned with war by the time of his final mission in 2266. Tasked with testing a cloaking device and powerful new weapon, he led a Bird-of-Prey in a series of attacks on Federation outposts along the Neutral Zone, triggering a deadly confrontation with the U.S.S. Enterprise. During the encounter, he came to respect Captain James T. Kirk’s tactics and briefly sought to withdraw, but was ultimately forced into a final battle. Gravely wounded and unwilling to be captured, he destroyed his own ship—sharing with Kirk a moment of mutual respect and the sentiment that, in another life, they might have been allies.
In 2024, Nacelle struck a deal with Paramount Global to create a new line of action figures based on the iconic Star Trek franchise. Nacelle’s Star Trek line is inspired by some of the most beloved, fan-favorite characters and moments from Star Trek shows and films over most of its iconic run of nearly 60 years. These figures are highly collectible 1/12 scale action figures with interchangeable heads and hands, along with a slew of unique accessories.
In October 2024, Nacelle announced the complete lineup for wave one at New York Comic-Con, which included Edward Jellico from Star Trek: The Next Generation “Chain of Command”, Weyoun from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Rachel Garrett from Star Trek: The Next Generation “Yesterday’s Enterprise”, Hikaru Sulu from Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, Peter Preston from Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, Tuvix from Star Trek: Voyager “Tuvix”, Valkris from Star Trek III: The Search for Spock and Mirror Universe Archer from Star Trek: Enterprise “In A Mirror, Darkly”. Wave one is currently available to pre-order at Nacellestore.com, BigBadToyStore, Entertainment Earth and hundreds of independent toy stores in the United States, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom and Australia.
From day one, Nacelle CEO Brian Volk-Weiss, proclaimed that this new line of figures are made by passionate Star Trek fans, for Star Trek fans. Nacelle took the first-first approach even further by creating an email address, startrekideas@nacellecompany.com, where fans could submit their ideas on what figures they want to see next. Due to fan feedback and demand, Nacelle expanded the selection for wave two from eight figures to ten, while mixing in some familiar faces like Worf, Geordi, T’Pol and Nog.
“As someone who’s never believed in the no-win scenario, I am quite happy with the community’s reaction to our figures!” said Nacelle CEO, Brian Volk-Weiss. “It’s still all very surreal but I couldn’t be happier if I tried!”
